Controlling what I put in my mouth during he day is a no brained. I eat clean and healthy, low carb with the bulk of my foods being tons of veggies, some fruit and lean proteins.
Then I put my child to bed get all the rvening stuff taken care of, put on my pjs and start to wind down. THAT is when it hits me, the massive hunger pangs. I drink tons of water, a large bottle of pellegrino, some tea and sugarfree jello. I stay hungry all night and struggle to fall asleep. What I really want to do is drink wine, eat cookies and chips and pass out. But alas, that behavior would mean I will not be a healthy mom. No cigar baby.
Bring on the pellegrino!
